Sometimes we can get caught up in the little details of life and lose sight of the bigger picture. Today I’ve written this short text to remind you of the importance of detaching from the outcome and immersing yourself in the process.
Becoming the observer and not the observed
Detaching from the mind to fully immerse in the moment
Practising not doing anything so everything can fall into place
Empty yet infinitely expansive
Removing labels to remove limitations
Labelling creates categories, categories create barriers, barriers create separation
Duality is an illusion
We are one living organism, one living entity
We are all reflections of ONE another
I am you, you are me
He is she, she is he
Connection is our birth right
Fill up your cup of self love and whatever spills over is for others
Nourish yourself first so that you may be of service to others
Perception is projection
Protect the gates of your mind
Ask yourself is this of service to me?
If not, pull out the weeds in your thinking and plant the seeds of gratitude and appreciation
Water these seeds daily with uplifting sources that remind you of who you are
Detach from all things to become one with them
Begin with the end in mind
Silence the mind and you will find infinite peace
Focus on not just the gains but of letting go of the self imposed limitations
Remember who you came here to be.
